Online: Community Journalism: Writing People Profiles

Tuesday, January 31st, Tuesday, February 7th and Tuesday, February 14th from 6-8pm

Interested in highlighting someone in your community? In this class students will learn what makes a compelling profile. Students will go over best practices for interview techniques, how to get powerful quotes, and tips for taking and obtaining photos of their subject. By the end of this three week workshop, you’ll leave with a story of your very own to share with your community. Instructor: Frank Morris
