Zine-Making: for Youth!

Hi Cambridge and Boston youth -- come join us for a zine-making workshop at CCTV, facilitated by Boston Ujima Project!

A zine is a little maga*zine*-- a fun, handmade, self-published booklet or comic.

At our workshop, we'll be thinking about: What are you a fan of? What excites you even when everything else is meh? --> Want to turn these ideas into a hand-made, original "fan" zine (small magazine)?

This zine-making workshop on July 31, 3:30pm - 5:30pm at CCTV (438 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge) is open to youth (12 - 24) interested in expressing themselves through words, images, and in booklet form! We'll also have materials and resources about well-being and mental health in Cambridge and thinking about creative ways to share these mental health resources. 

Zines produced from the workshop will be traded amongst youth participants and shared with the public through CCTV's Karen Aqua Gallery Youth Art Show, opening August 17th.
